Procedures for Entering the Office

  • We encourage families to complete their pre-visit ahead of time to help expedite the check-in process. Please note, there is no longer a need to call for check-in. Please enter the building at the front door and check-in with the front desk staff. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

 

  • ​Our office is currently closing at 6pm Monday through Thursday and at 5pm on Fridays. There is someone here even when the office message states we are closed if you have a scheduled appointment. Please note, depending on your insurance plan, you may incur an after hours fee.  
  • We are open Saturdays beginning at 8AM and will be in the office until approximately noon. We encourage you to call early in the day whenever possible


  • As always, there is a provider on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week if you need to speak with someone outside of regular office hours. Please call the office and press 1 to page the provider on call. Due to the high call volume, please allow up to 60 minutes for the provider to return your call. If you do not receive a return call within 60 minutes, please page the provider again. Thank you!
